Our mission is to support families with hope and solutions beyond survival. Our cornerstone programs and services shift families' mental, spiritual, and financial health trajectories.
Men, women, and children who are unhoused, in transition homes, being treated and recovering from cancer, or addictions, families reuniting, and those re-entering the workforce and working for families with more months than money: Employed and unhoused or without basic needs covered.
Our services remove the stigma of mental health services for families, caregivers, and those grieving with support services and introduce counseling services to families with professional counselors and support processes as a way of life rather than seeing counseling as help for the crazed. Additionally, we shift the families' path with basic needs, such as groceries, utility assistance, rental assistance, home furnishing, gas cards, financial counseling, and much more.

We intend to be a solution that eliminates homelessness for homeless families or assists families from becoming a part of the increasing statistic of being a homeless family in LA county. Los Angeles County's population was 10,105,518 in 2018 (2020 Census Coming Soon); the family work population is 5,264,794, and 7.8% is below the poverty. Four hundred twenty thousand three hundred ninety-one households in South Central Los Angeles alone. This number represents employed families; HUD establishes the poverty level. The total population in South Los Angeles as of 2018 is 810,560. 328,913 Three hundred twenty-eight thousand nine hundred thirteen in South Central Los Angeles are unemployed. And the remaining 481,647 households are employed. 229,400Two hundred twenty-nine thousand four hundred employed and below the poverty line. The number of families unable to meet basic living needs is staggering. COINPM's mission is to build bridges of hope and eliminate the number of employed displaced families.
The homeless and unemployed families are at an all-time high. We work with resources and offer viable assistance in securing and maintaining housing, including employment referrals and placement, financial support and referrals, and other creative co-op living opportunities. Sometimes as a family is rebuilding their lives and re-entering the workforce, county food assistance is not an option. We offer grocery solutions for an extended time while a family is in the transitional phase, utility assistance, and other services from in-house and in collaboration with other community providers. COVID-19 has also escalated the needs of the community we serve. Unemployment rates are at an all-time high, and the potential of families becoming homeless has become a challenge for men. y
